Emark goal is developing international sales
After the initial firm’s assessment and implementation of the organizational scheme, we proceed to the operational steps: activation of commercial relationships with prospective customers. We reach new customers through multiple actions : direct contacts, participation to international exhibitions, telemarketing, study of database. Next steps are: negotiating sales, pricing sales and payment conditions including available tools for export credit insurance. Our dedicated project manager is in charge of handling all these steps until the order is fulfilled.
At that point your Sales Administration Dpt will follow the foreign customers’ order up to the goods delivery at the named place of destination. Every step is under control, in compliance with detailed procedures, to ensure the achievement of the fixed targets, the delimitation of areas of responsibility and the progressive increment of sales volumes.
Our project manager will go beyond the mere commercial aspect; he will support the direct marketing activities through mailing actions about new products, presentation materials, updates and business opportunities.
- Initial check-up of the product category and configuration;
- Analysis of the target market and potential market development;
- Check-up and update of the existing communication and sales tools: flyers, catalogues, website, films, …;
- Assessment of internal skills and relevant roles in the organization;
- Back-up and training;
- International business start-up;
- Operative and continuous commercial management.
